I live at Parkside at Estabrook now. It's a very presentable building with an awesome management staff. The only draw back to this place is the plowing in the winter forces you to shovel out your car about once every other week. Well insulated? Are you on crack? These are apartments so you will hear noise from all directions. Usually everyone is quiet and respectful. During summers everyone has their windows open and you will hear sex, people hangin out, and during the day noise related to eating(I know sounds crazy) it's mostly clanking of silverware on dishes, which doesn't bother me really. Other than that everything is awesome the workout room actually has weights instead of focusing on cardio completely. The laundry is expensive, so if you have parents that live nearby go there. Right now it's $1.50 per wash and dry, so that's $3.00 just for one load.

The apartment is spacious, has all new appliances, is quite sound proof, and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All of the units have balconies and there are multiple floor plans throughout the building. The staff are friendly and quick to fix any problems. There is plenty of storage, multiple laundry options, and outdoor and underground parking for the building. CVS, Dairy Queen, a dry cleaner, gas stations, restaurants, etc are all in walking distance. Cats are accepted with an addition in rent. Parking is included, heating is not.
