This loft is just what I wanted. Lots of history & character, brick walls, timbr ceilings, cool neighbors and CLOSE to downtown and all else, 2. Reminds me of Soho or Dumbo (NY).
Hard to get into this buildg, w/ mostly renewals & limited vacancies. Now I know, having just renewd myself. Nice stable building w/ mostly long-term residents that love the quaint environmt and proximity to galleries, etc.

Nice apartment. Always clean and in an exciting and upcoming historic warehouse district. Lots to do nearby w/ many new restaurants, galleries, Summerfest and the lakefront. Truly a great urban location. <P>

Great Loft bldg in Historic Walkers Point-Milwaukee. Apt was immaculate, Landlord finished all repairs before I moved in, some things I thought were OK were fixed. Loved living here, sorry to move for my job. <P>

these new Lofts are wonderfull, love the hardwood floors and fireplaces. Halls are always clean and they touch up paint all the time. The reserved parking is a real plus. <P>
