This company will do whatever possible to keep all security deposits, and will charge for routine building maintenance even when it is not related to your tenancy. Had an extremely draining 6 months renting from this terrible, unprofessional company. They are extremely rude, fail to fix ANY problems even if it is an emergency, and use profanity toward their tenants. Please do yourself a favor, save yourself the money you’ll spend on a lawyer, prevent a migraine, and don’t rent from Shovers.

    Renewed my lease for another year in Shorewood. Huge 2 bedroom 1 and ½ baths very reasonable rent for Shorewood and great service from Shovers Realty. Great neighbors. The cheap rent lets us save for a house! Very satisfied!
