Reviewers say that parking is not a problem, even though the property is in the city. The GW has basement parking, which there is waitlist for; however, residents will easily find 3 different parking structures in the area. Unlike most apartment buildings, noise is no problem, says one reviewer. Tenants are enthusiastic with the involvement of management in creating a community with parties and regular coffees bars.
