It's alright...there's better-there's worst ( over a year ago )

Sometimes the management tries, some times they don't.
Maintenance: Since we were here, we had water leak through our roof from the apartment above, and a couple weeks later our kitchen sink over flowed due to the neighbors above again. The emergency maintenance is partially nonexistent, their solution is to wake by your neighbors at 5am and tell them to not use their water (THAT's IT). Once it's during the normal business hours the main maintenance crew is fast and does a good job.
Parking: Apt comes with one free parking spot and $20 for each additional spot. Parking on some of the weekends is hard to find from time to time. They try occasionally ticketing people, but the lot still fills up with non-registered cars, leaving no space for those who pay for it.
Grounds: They are maintained fairly well. Some cars got broken into, but this is fairly normal in Milwaukee. Most of the time I feel safe, but their are occasions where there seems like gang like activity. Located near a small mall. Easy to get on to the express way. They clear the snow in the parking lots when they have time (very helpful), and they try to salt the sidewalks.
Apartments: The apts vary depending on the building. The floors are very squeaky, you can hear louder neighbors though the walls, and you can hear people outside your windows crystal clear. They are fairly big apartment with big closets, and a storage locker. Excellent water pressure, but the water temperature is inconsistence, jumping around between too hot and cold. Hot water does run out, but not too often or for too long. Heat is sufficient, but windows leak cold air. The garbage disposals are weak and partially unless.
Managers: The managers try to help when they can. They have mood swings, going from extreme mean and rude to friendly and helpful. I think they realize this so, if you come back or stay friendly the attitudes change for the better. You can see their is a lot of politics going on with the apartments.
