Apartment Review for Fountain Square

The apartment looks nice however there are mice and severe potholes in the driveway. There is also a rodent problem and you can hear the mice crawling thru the walls. There are also numerous foreign people living there with up to 10 people in a two bedroom. My neighbor saw a rat in the laundry room. There were also problems with their water heaters (no hot water) and there was a severe fire there because of it ( it was on the news) The manager Laurie is a complete ***** that charges you for everything that needs to get fixed. I think she is ripping off the company and pocketing the money. She was also fired from her last job from a previous leasing agent who found a better job managing a different apartment. There are also numerous weird tenants such as an 70 year old prostitute that sits around the pool gossiping and looks vulgar in a bikini. I had a complete drug addict live next door. Other tenants with very strange religous beliefs that try to force you into joining their religion. Many religous cults knocking on your door and bothering u constantly. The only thing nice about the place is the pool although management allows people to sit around there and get drunk and there is a lot of underage drinking. The fire alarms go off constantly as they don't work properly and the fire department comes barging into your house as any steam from taking a shower sets off the alarm. They have a lot of trouble keeping maintenace workers.
