Apartment Review for Springbrook Cercle

It started off on a bad note. There wasn't anyone in the office when I had scheduled to come in for a visit. I should have walked away right then and there.

Extremely noisy. And I don't mean the train... I mean the neighbors. You can hear every little sound your neighbor makes. It doesn't pay to complain either, because there are absolutely no consequences for breaking the rules. The staff is not receptive or helpful! Did I also mention that there are pages and pages of rules to follow in the move-in packet?!?

Moved in to a awfully stained carpet. Still living with an awful, nasty stained carpet. WeEnergies bill is through the roof due to lack of insulation.

If something breaks, you're better off hiring someone to do it for you, rather than waiting for the ONE maintenance person to come and fix it.

I've lived in several other places that were a lot less rent and a lot more enjoyable to live in. It's really unfortunate.
