Apartment Review for Concord Village Apartments

I have lived at Concord Village for many years, and sad to say for the past year or so management has gone downhill. Nothing was fixed, could never get a hold of the manager and she is gone now. We have a temporary manager, Debbie, and she has been great! I have had everything fixed that I have been waiting over 8 months to get fixed. She answers the phone, and even follows up with a phone call. I was thinking on leaving Concord after my lease was up but I have re-signed and Im glad I did. Would recommend to anyone to rent at Concord. Only bad thing is rent increase, but I guess that is to be expected. Thanks Debbie!
