Apartment Reviews for Clover Ridge Apartments - Sussex

I am very happy living at Clover Ridge Apartments. Its a wonderful place to live. My only complaint is having to share laundry, with other people and having to save quarters. The laundry rooms are clean and next to my apartment but I wish I had my own washer/dryer in my apartment. Otherwise very happy. Manager is very helpful, and will stay here as long as I can afford it.

I enjoyed my time living at Clover Ridge. My apartment was very nice, new carpet, freshly painted and very clean. I only moved because of buying a condo. Would recommend renting here. The outside is beautiful during summer and spring.

I was nervous about finding an apartment and had looked at Clover Ridge and met the manager Debbie, and she made the moving process go very smoothly. The apartment was very clean, the grounds look nice. I wish the rent was a little lower, but Im happy where I live, my neighbors are great, and I plan on continuing making this my home.

I am a current tenant at Clover Ridge for over 5 years now. I absolutely love living here. The manager Debbie is wonderful. And her family is always willing to help. The landscaping is just breathtaking in the non winter months. Rent is starting to get a little steep however with the yearly increases and my fixed income. But I will stay as long as I possibly can because Clover Ridge is my home. Would highly recommend.

I have lived here for 5 years now and I love it!!! I have made some very good friends and the management is great. It's a beautiful place to live. Clean hallways,apartments,beautiful landscapeing...what more could you ask for in a apartment complex!!!
