I usually don't read reviews or even go to these complainer sites but I was looking for an apartment for a friend in the Madison area and decided to see what people had to say about some of the apartment communities in an area I wasn't familar with. Since I just recently moved into the Seasons, and love it here I decided to contribute something positive as some of the reviews appear to be people that just want to vent and probably wouldn't be happy where ever they lived. This place has a great on-site office with staff that will go out of their way to help you in everyway they can. Maintenance is top notch and the area is wonderful. Shopping is convenient and freeway is close by. I was on a waiting list for 6 months for a one bedroom and I can see why. The apartments are newer and kept up inside and out. I compared all the apartment communities in the area before I moved in and you won't find another at such a reasonable rent. I would definitely recommend the Seasons.

I moved in June of 2011 and love it at the Seasons. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lower unit. The rent is $880 per month and we're allowed 2 cats. Rent is higher than what I paid in Oshkosh, but it was the cheapest in the area for such a nice place.

We've never had a problem with noise, we barely hear our upstairs neighbor's daughter crying, only when she's really loud, and even then its not too bad. We haven't had any problems with bugs, although a few spiders have gotten in (made a nice meal for the cats). There's plenty of storage space as there's a great walk-in closet in the hallway. When the garbage disposal was jammed, a man came to fix it the next day. They're very prompt about snow removal and salting the sidewalks.

Our electric/gas bill this past winter averaged about $130 and our water bill averages about $42 per month. Not bad, in my opinion.

I love the Seasons and we've renewed our lease. Yes, our rent is going up, but only $5 a month and that's understandable.

No, I do not work for JBJ, I'm simply a very pleased tenant. My family loves it here.

Ever since I moved in, new things come up all the time, which makes this a better place to live. For example, the day I seen 4 deer playing in the field outside my apartment, that was an amazing sight.
The one thing I don’t like is my garage is not attached to my apartment.

When we first moved here everything seemed like it was great. Gave it a couple of weeks, we had maintenance welcoming themselves into our apartment without even ringing the doorbell. Turned out that they were getting our apartment # wrong and were going to the wrong placed. We complained about that right away and we were told that if you want anything fixed right away that we have to give permission of entering the residence whenever they felt. Since we said **** no!( what if we werent home?) when we have maintenance issues it could be a week or NEVER before they come by to fix it. Next, half way into the year we had a severe bug problem. We lived in a upper so down by the door we killed about a half dozen or more spiders a day. Also crickets were helping themselves in and that was a big problem since they cant eat through your clothes if you have them lying around. We got some spray that we use around the door which works like a gem thank god! but reguardless.. how luxury is that? Winter time was ****! They would take there time to plow. One night a guy from JBJ came to snow blow at MIDNIGHT!! what the F. It was loud as **** and I felt bad for our neighbors cuz he was RIGHT by there bedroom door. Didnt like that very much. As far as the foundation goes, a year into our apartment there are severe cracking on the cathedrial walls/ceiling, cheap tile that comes up very easy BE CAREFUL, our countertop is coming unglued, our key pad to our garage selectively works so keep your remote with you at all times. But thats about it. The only other thing that I will say is upseting is downstairs we just got new neighbors and they smoke. Which is fine whatever but the smell of smoke was coming into our apartment. HELLO! we arent paying almost 800 to have a place reek like smoke. Since we complained its gone down. Now just when you enter our apartment it reeks. Rent at your own risk in this community. It looks nice but looks can be deceiving. <P>
