Apartment Review for Arcadian Springs Apartments

I lived in Arcadian Springs with my boyfriend from May 2009 until February 2010. When I moved out in February the apartment manager gave no notice, entered the apartment, and stole items from the apartment. My boyfriend was still living there when this happened. The owners of the building also turned off the heat while my boyfriend was still living there. The apartment manager allowed another tenant into the apartment as well. So if you want to feel like your belongings are safe, and your family is safe, don't move here! The parking is for tenants with cars only. No friends can park in the parking lot, and if you do live there without a car you don't have a space that a friend could park in. The maintenance sucks mostly because the apartment manager never answers his phone and does his job. The unit I moved into needed the garbage disposal fixed after two days of use. The dishwasher didn't clean dishes properly. The drains were constantly clogging. The shower was never hot. The lady below my unit blared her tv until all hours of the night. A neighbor constantly blared his music. And nothing was done about any of this. There is a tenant living there who makes it her job to spy on people, so your life will not stay private if you are living there. Basically Arcadian Springs is a terrible place to live, and if you consider it TURN AROUND AND RUN, RUN FAST.
