University Manor AKA The White Trash Junkyard
Do not rent at these apartments! The managemant is unprofessional and trashy. On any given day you can find them sitting outside in the parkinglot drinking beer with about fifteen of their white trash friends and watching as their kids run out in front of the cars passing by. On multiple occasions I have been woken up in the middle of the night to the managers screaming profanity at each other in the parking lot. If you don t want to live in apartments that are trashy don t live here!

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I moved here! I will definitely everybody I know NOT to live here as long as Joe and Val are managers!!!!! They belong in jail...not managing apartments!
If you dont like it, then move! People like you are not wanted around here. Joe and Val do nothing wrong and do their job to the owners standards. Funny how everyone wants to run their mouths on here but choose to stay ANONOMYOUS so no one knows who you are. Cowardly if you ask me!
