Apartment Review for Whispering Ponds

They were very professional and honest to deal with. I lived there for 2 years and only moved because I bought a house. The apartment was beautiful and very well kept... The previous tenant had a cat and it stunk like cat pee so they replaced all of the carpeting for me before I moved in. I had a few maintenance issues over the course of the time that I lived there and they were prompt with dealing with them. Once replacing the entire washing machine with a brand new one, and the other issues were minor things and they came and fixed them right away. Bielinski is a large company and I have told many people over the years that you are always better off renting from a big company than from an individual. They have a maintenance department and a system for dealing with everything, unlike a smaller place or landlord who tend to cut corners and do things poorly in order to save a few bucks. I cleaned the whole place pretty good before I moved out and remarkably they returned my entire security deposit which is truly a rarity. I had expected them to keep about half or more of it because that's what most landlords try to do to make an extra buck, but they were totally honest and returned all of it to me. Ruth is really a class act as well-- very nice lady and great to deal with. If I ever need an apartment again I would go back to them without thinking twice.
