Review for Blair Place Apartments

I lived in the Blair Place Apts. from early 05 thru most of 07. I found the entire complex the cleanest and well managed apartment complex in the entire area. There was some construction going on but not on any buildings that were being occupied, and hey if you want to live in a new building it needs to be built right? They don't grow over night. When I moved out (I purchased a home in the area) everything was on the up and up, nothing unexpected and I received all of my depost back less 1 damaged blind (that I was completely aware of) and carpet cleaning (that I was also aware of, both stated plainly in my lease). I will say that I hired a professional cleaning service to clean my apt for me, I shopped around and the lowest rate I could find was $25.00 an hour, some were much more. I'm a clean person and seldom even eat at home, but after almost 2 years I was surprised at just how dirty things get. I was there when the ladies came to clean and stayed and watched, it took them a total of 8 hours, 4 hours per person to clean the dust off the blinds, the hard Jackson Hole water off of the tub surfaces and the mystery grime that had settled on the cabinet tops, to say nothing of the fuzz bunnys that had taken up residence under the fridge. How in the world do they get there? Any way I have nothing but good to say about this complex and would live there again and certainly recommend it to my friends.
