Our apartment community was voted "Best Resident Activities/Social Events by the board and members of the Chicagoland Apartment Association in October 2008 at the CAMME Award Ceremony. Over the course of 2008 we held the following events for all of our residents to enjoy; Monthly Movie afternoon, Easter Egg Hunt, Tennis & Yoga Lessons, Kid's Club Water Park Day, Adult Pool Party, Lincoln Park Zoo Bus Trip, Potluck Dinner, Casino Bus Trip, Museum Bus Trip, Kid's Club "Draw" T-shirt day, Family & Adult BINGO, Halloween Party, Kid's Club Mystery Hunt, and meet Santa is scheduled for December. Our Social Director is currently planning new and exciting activities for 2009. So stop by our office and become part of our community were not only are the activities are FREE, but your HEAT, WATER, SEWER, GARBAGE, RECYCLING are also included in your rent. Not only are the above included in your rent but we also have a fitness center, outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and basketball court, three childrens playgrounds.
