The ApartmentReviews.net website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Rental Markets, Inc ("Rental Markets" or "We"). The Site provides users the ability to submit apartment reviews ("reviews"), upload photos, videos and/or related to apartment reviews and listings and submit questions and answers related to apartment living topics. The use of this service is subject to the terms and conditions established in this document called the Terms of Use ("TOU"). You must agree to the TOU in order to use the Site. The TOU may be updated from time to time without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these in order to insure that you are complying with the current TOU. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

OUR SERVICE. Our service is free. There are no membership fees. You can freely post apartment reviews, submit questions and answers and browse through apartment listings.

MEMBER REGISTRATION. By registering for this service you agree that: 1) you are at least 18 years of age, 2) you are using a valid email for your member registration, 3) any information you provide on this site is true, accurate and complete and will keep that information up-to-date. ApartmentReviews.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate anyone's member account for any reason, with or without notice.

MEMBER ACCOUNT. When you register with ApartmentReviews.net, you receive an account which you access with your email address and the password you entered at registration. You are solely responsible for all the information on your account and for all activities that occur on your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account information. You agree to notify ApartmentReviews.net immediately of any unauthorized activity on your account.

USER CONTENT. ApartmentReviews.net does not provide any of the user generated content on the Site. You are fully responsible for any and all content you post on the Site, including, but not limited to apartment reviews, Apartment Advice answers, Apartment Advice questions, photos, videos and apartment listings. We do not guarantee, verify or endorse the accuracy of any of the content posted by registered members. You agree that ApartmentReviews.net will not be liable for any content posted on this site nor for any loss or damage of any kind that incurred as the result of the use of any of the posted content. By submitting content to ApartmentReviews.net:

You are granting us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute and or display such Submission, in whole or in part, in any manner or medium now known or hereafter developed.

MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTION TO SERVICE. ApartmentReviews.net reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. ApartmentReviews.net shall not be liable to Member or any third party should ApartmentReviews.net exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that ApartmentReviews.net does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
