The Bonnie Green Apartments are a wonderful place to live while attending the University of North Texas. We are located just four blocks from campus. The UNT shuttle comes by Bonnie Green to take you to and from if you don't want to walk. There are only four apartments in a building. Each building is landscaped with grass, trees and flowers. It's a park-like setting. The one bedroom is about 660 sq.ft., has a large living room window and the bedroom is big enough for a king size bed with space to spare. There is a big walk-in closet plus a vanity with mirror. The spacious two bedroom is about 850 sq.ft. and has full size washer/dryer connections. There is a large living room window and windows in both bedrooms. All apartments include a frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, range & oven and a complete heat and a/c system . A student can lease a bedroom separately and share the bath, kitchen and living room with another student. The interiors are antique white and the carpet light beige. Every apartment has it's own attached storage room big enough for a bike or two. Hi-speed internet is available for only $15 monthly. The deposit is $200 total and no application fees.The interior of every apartment is painted, professionally cleaned and the carpet cleaned before move-in. There are models on the property.
