Seattle is the largest city in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Its initial name was New York, then Duwamps, before it was finally renamed Seattle after Chief Noah Sealth who headed the two tribes living in the area. The Emerald City, as it is often called due to the lush evergreen trees dotting its landscape, has an estimated population of 582,454. Seattle is often regarded as the birthplace of grunge music, has a reputation for heavy coffee consumption and is the most literate city in the country with highest percentage of college graduates. Plenty of reasons, wouldn’t you say, for the Seattle apartments to be a popular investment for settling. Seattle offers great living to its residents with the presence of lucrative work opportunities, the best health care facilities, good education and even an exceptionally mild and cool climate. And last, but not the least of the benefits, is the city’s excellent transport system. There is an extensive network of bus routes and two commuter rail routes connecting it to many of its suburbs. So, living in an apartment in the suburbs in no longer an unthinkable idea.
