Information About Ohio University

Just the Facts The Residence Services Department, a division of Housing and Food Services, is responsible for administering all Ohio University housing policies and regulations, including housing assignments in the residence halls and apartment rentals.

The University operates 41 residence halls housing approximately 7,500 undergraduate and graduate students, and 52 family apartments. A number of the residence halls are coeducational but some are reserved for women only.

The Residence Services Department is comprised of 13 personnel staff.
