Known for its beautifully perfected French design, The Mayfair Chateau Manor Apartments are located in Homewood’s suburban area, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Reviews explained that the location of Mayfair is the catch because it is a safe and quiet area, yet downtown is a short ride away. Furthermore, there are many attractions nearby such as the Lakeshore Walking Trail, Soho Square, and Brookwood Shopping Mall. Recently renovated, the apartments offer three swimming pools, stainless steel appliances in kitchens, and the unique French doors as residents enter the buildings. The Abbey at Oakridge Apartments were formerly known as the Highland Bluff Apartments. The property is situated in the Homewood area of Birmingham near the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, the Railroad Park, Legion’s Field Staidum, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Bar. Featuring ten different floor plans and a tennis and volleyball court, the apartments are popular among all types of people. Found at the bottom of the beautiful Red Mountain, Nob Hill Apartments are conveniently nearby Virginia College and Bulldogs Softball Field. The apartments offer one, two, and three bedroom units and are pet friendly. Reviews explained that parking has become difficult for residents as there are only a few spots close to the premises designated for tenant use. Some also said that there was much noise around the apartment complex, which is a common complaint from apartment-dwellers staying in a complex with many different types of people. Situated near the heavily traveled Valley Avenue, the Seven Sisters Concierge Service, Glen Iris Park, and The University of Alabama at Buffalo, Beaconview Apartments offers one, two and three bedroom apartments for a very reasonable rent.
