Nearby shopping can be found at Bayshore Plaza, and Islands Elementary provides a close by school for residents with children. If tenants want to unwind, Max & Ted’s 480 Neighborhood Bar is less than a mile, with the El Coyote Sports Bar close by. If bowling is more enjoyable, AMF Chandler Lanes is barely a mile down North Arizona Avenue. Despite the location, reviews complain that frequent management changes have been difficult to adjust to.
