In spite of this, Galleria North is in a prime location and the apartments are placed by Sahuaro Ranch Park, perfect for an outdoorsy tenant. Galleria North also offers a quick commute for students and faculty of Glendale Community College. Casa Del Sol Resort East is placed by the Loop 101. This location provides many features for tenants who live there. Quail Run Golf Course and Sun City North Golf Course are both convenient for those who are interested in hitting the green. Carolina’s Mexican Food, Bobo China, and Peoria Café are all in the same neighborhood and are just a few places to dine. Shopping centers are a bit of a drive, but residents can turn the day into a shopping adventure. An array of grocery stores are placed around the complex for convenient shopping trips. Rosewood Apartments is currently much improved according to reviews. Maintenance takes care of any necessary repairs and many say the apartments are very spacious and the pool is well kept. The location is perfect for students or staff of Arizona State University West. Banner Thunderbird Medical Center is also in close proximity to the building. Sunset Palms Park and Point las Palmaritas Park are both ideal for some outdoor adventuring.
