Canyon Place Apartments are right off I-17, a quick drive to pick up 101 or 60. Nature lovers will enjoy the close proximity to North Mountain Shaw Butte and a few local parks. The Westown Shopping Centers and Phoenix Brass Armadillo Antique Mall are across the highway, in addition to several shopping plazas and Thunderbird Square Shopping Center. Students and faculty of Northern Arizona University and Brown Mackie College will love the short commute. Several reviewers commend the friendly staff and the maintenance crew, both of which are conscious of resident's concerns and needs. One reviewer complained the parking lot is not as safe as it could be and reported trouble with break-ins.
