Southwest Village Apartments are located off of I-10, 8 miles from the center of Phoenix. The Sunridge Park is positioned steps from the complex for tenants to access. The Circle K across the street is a great place for residents to fill up on gas or grab a quick bite to eat. Golden State Goods, Todds, and Little Caesars Pizza are a few nearby places to eat. Las Gardenias is located on West McDowell Road, just off of Interstate 10. Nearby are Church’s Chicken, Las Cuatro Milpas, Sainz Mexican, and a US Surplus location. Given its proximity to the highway, residents can easily reach any part of the Phoenix metro area. Reviews have been quite polarized, some reviewers complain that bugs are a problem and maintenance is hard to get a hold of.
