Shade at Desert Ridge is just off of the Pima Freeway on North Tatum Boulevard. The premises is conveniently placed near Pita Jungle, The Keg Steakhouse & Bar, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, California Pizza Kitchen, and AMC Desert Ridge Cinema. There are several reviewers complaining that the units are not in the best shape and staff could be more helpful. However, many reviewers are also quite positive. There are reviews that compliment the complex for offering a wide variety of layouts and rental sizes. Maintenance staff is also reportedly prompt to respond when repairs are needed.
