This complex has a big mix of residents...everyone from small families to students...and I like the diversity. This is a big community with a lot of resources from the views and sights and sounds to the grounds and pool. Overall it is quiet and clearly people feel safe coming and going at most hours. I like that I can have my dog and the dog owners all seem pretty conscious about being good neighbors. I like the waterfall sounds and the views of the lake. I am used to the sounds of apartment complexes being pool filters grinding away and loud music! Lakefront at West Bay is unique, not like other Tempe complexes. Read all reviews...
