Located close to top-rated University High School, The Springs is a residence where the price is just right. We found a good move-in special in addition to the reasonable rent. One of my favorite surprises was a wi-fi hot spot near the pool and other recreation. Our layout has a galley style kitchen adjacent to a good size dining room. Shopping is convenient. Arcadia Park Apartments are close to two public parks and several universities, such as Pima Community College and Tuscon College. University High School and Rincon High School are also down the street. Many appreciate the affordable rent and relatively quiet neighborhood. Residents appreciate the choice of covered or uncovered parking, but one reported vehicle break-ins occurring over the course of his lease term. During Summer 2012, tenants complained of multiple water shut offs without prior notice or without adequate information. Columbus Village is on South Columbus Boulevard, right in the middle of all the action. Residents are close to Davis Air Force Base and not far from the University of Arizona campus. Nearby, renters will find a Walgreen's, Lee’s Store, Denny’s, Fry’s Food Store, Golden Corral, and many more restaurants and stores. Many reviewers feel that the place is in need of repairs, but several agree that the units are quite spacious and definitely affordable. La Quinta Apartments is situated just off of East 5th Street. Tenants may be comforted to know that the complex is located very near Saint Joseph’s Hospital. In addition to the hospital, the Murphy-Wilmot Library is nearby along with a plethora of shopping and dining locations, including Starbucks, Sachiko Sushi, Mostly Books, Beyond Bread, Golden Dragon Chinese, and more. Many reviewers are critical of the maintenance at La Quinta, pointing out shoddy construction, while others say the staff could be more responsive.
