The best parts of this complex is the "neighborly" feel. Many residents have been content to be here for years and that creates the everybody-knows-your-name feel. A variety of cuisine options are near The Edison, including the Silver Dragon Chinese Restaurant, Pacos’s Mexican Food, and Mama Llama’s, ideal for residents interested in dining out. For those who enjoy cooking at home, multiple grocery stores are easily accessible as well. Dorado Golf Course and Tuscon Country Club are not too far off. Also Fort Lowell Park and Tuscan Medical Center are in close proximity of the apartments. Casa De Caro is on East Bellevue Street, straight down Speedway Boulevard from the University of Arizona. Residents are also not far from the Tucson Botanical Garden, for renters who want to enjoy the lush plant life on display. Chicago Music Store, Grocery Outlet, Takamatsu, 1st Rate 2nd Hand Thrift Store, Alan’s Shoe House, Domino’s Pizza, Charlie’s Comic Books, Wendy’s, and much more are located in the neighborhood. Ridgepointe sits on East Pima Street, near a number of country clubs and golf establishments. Residents also enjoy a central location, for easy access to all parts of Tucson. Nearby, renters will find a 7-Eleven, 99 Cent Store, Wings & Rice, Charlie’s Drive-In Liquors, Hooters, and Sakura Steak & Sushi. Reviews have been a bit tepid. Many reviews complain that parking is a problem and that bookkeeping problems have caused issues with paid rent. Fountain Plaza Apartments are located near 1-10 In previous reviews it is mentioned how the apartments are well maintained, but some aspects need updating. A few renters mentioned an insect problem, but management was very positive and helpful when assistance was required. Residents can grab a cup of coffee at Starbucks Coffee or visit restaurants like Vero Amore or Luna Bella. Also, University of Phoenix is a close commute for students or staff.
