Aerie on Tanque Verde is located on Desert Links Drive, right down the street from Morris K. Udall Park. There are a vast number of shopping centers with dining and retails options in the neighborhood, including Thirsty’s Neighborhood Grill, Jamba Juice, Bank of America, Big Lots, KFC, Bistro 44, and Walgreen's. Tenants have been incredibly enthusiastic about this property in their reviews. Everything seems to be just what a renter is looking for--great parking, clean grounds and sizable units, nice amenities, and an office staff you actually enjoy dealing with. Read all reviews...

Tanque Verde Apartments is not far from Morris K. Udall Regional Park and is close to plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Up until January of 2013 residents reviewed the water service as inconsistent with maintenance being done without notice and abrupt loss of water. Since then things have improved with the plumbing, but it is hard to tell if difficulties tenants were having with fireworks and other noise disturbances has been resolved. Since 2012 some exterior and grounds renovations are complete but residents suggest the hot tub still has an issue that results in noise.
