Springhill Apartments is located on East Lakeside Parkway, near Pantano and Golf Links Roads. The complex is not far from a CVS with a Redbox, Sonic Drive-In, Nico’s Mexican, and a US Post Office. Springhill is also convenient to Chuck Ford Park, with its beautiful Lakeside Lake. The premises is also quite near Davis AFB, for those with ties to the military. Tenant reviews of Springhill have raised maintenance and safety concerns with management, in addition to some noise complaints. Sherwood Gardens sits on East Stella Road right near Davis Air Force Base. In addition to their proximity to the base, residents can also venture just down the street and find a plethora of shopping and dining options, such as Oishi Sushi, Walgreen's, Donut Wheel, Los Betos Mexican Food, Giant, and Sam’s Club Pharmacy. Reviews have been quite mixed. A number of reviewers are dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the grounds and describe the units as poorly constructed.
