85745 Apartments - Tucson, Arizona

This is a great complex off the beaten path. The place is just the right size in a good neighborhood and close to the desert places we like to visit. Stargate West is far enough away from U of A to not look or sound like student housing, and close to Pima Community College if you want to pick up a class or two. Parking is sometimes crowded but we never have a problem with the assigned covered spots. Read all reviews...

This complex is chuck full of amenities like in-home laundry and large closets. The kitchen comes complete with a pantry. The staff is friendly and the complex welcomes pets for a small additional rent. Covered parking is a great advantage and Casa De Colinas is near the Linear Park...a great recreation space. Pima Foothills is in the western outskirts of Tucson. Located on West Anklam Road, the premises is right across the street from Pima Community College, where residents can visit the PCC Center for the Arts or Pima Bookstore. A short trip takes tenants out into Tucson Mountian County Park, so prospective renters who hope to hike and camp often, may find this location ideal. The property is also very close to the highways, so commuting into the city is a cinch. Some reviewers have complained that the units are in need of repair. Westcourt Village is located near the North Casa Grande Highway. Multiple art galleries including the Old Town Artisans Galleries, International Arte Center, and Flatform Gallery, which add an artistic flair to the neighborhood. Besides the abundance of art galleries and multiple parks, several restaurants, such as the El Rio Bakery, Buffet Partners, and Anita Street Market. Trini Alvarez-El Rio Golf Course and Silver Bell Golf Course are nearby for any golf enthusiasts. In previous reviews Westcourt Village is praised for the management and positive atmosphere. At the western edge of the city on Broadway Boulevard sits Canyon Ridge. Canyon Ridge is right across the street from both Pima Community College and Greasewood Park. So, renters can study hard at class, then walk right over to the park for a nice relaxing picnic. The property is close to Tucson’s highways, so residents can commute to the rest of the city with ease. Daisy Mae’s Steakhouse, A Little Taste of Aloha, and Safeway Pharmacy are just a couple of the places tenants can hit up on the way home.
