Kelton Plaza sits right next to the University of California – Los Angeles campus, just off of Interstate 405. Not far are several establishments renters may find appealing, including Lucia’s Pizza, Sepi’s, Diddy Riese, Bruin Theater, and the Gypsy Café. Some reviewers complained that amenities were costly, and noise is a problem at the complex. However, there are many reviewers who spoke more positively about Kelton Plaza; stating that the management gets stuff done, and maintenance follows through on any and all requests.
