Nearby are a number of establishments that may of interest to prospective tenants, such as Veev Spirits, Fiddler’s Bistro, 7-Eleven, SK’s Donuts & Croissants, KFC, and much more. The apartment complex has received positive reviews from tenants, praising its great location, beautiful grounds, and impressive amenities. Masselin Park is located near schools, restaurants, as well as some of the best shopping Los Angeles has to offer, such as The Grove and the Beverly Center Mall. The property features great amenities, and wonderfully built kitchens. Rent ranges anywhere from $1700-$2150, with many different floor plans available. While most seem to have no issues with the interior of their apartments, there have been complaints about the maintenance of grounds, so that might be something to look into if it poses an issue.
