Pacific Place sits at the confluence of Interstates 105 & 405. The property is 10 minutes from the ocean, yet still convenient to the highways which make this location extremely desirable. Nearby, residents may find Tony’s Italian Deli, Thai Dishes, Frijoles Mexican, Café Wahba, and Walgreen's. Pacific Place has received glowing reviews. A number of tenants praise the location for putting them within reach of all they need. Additionally, residents have been overwhelmed by the quality and sheer number of amenities they enjoy at Pacific Place. This complex truly has it all, and if you haven’t checked it out yet, give them a call.

Great for college students, Park West is in walking distance from Loyola Marymount University and Otis School of Design, as well as beaches, the airport and other great elements of L.A. The units come with many different amenities, and six floor plans available to fit your style and budget. Rent ranges anywhere from $1400-$2135. Some tenants have said that the amenities do have some age on them, considering the apartments are slightly older, but for the most part, everything still works properly. Inquiries can be made during office hours of 9 AM to 6 PM Monday-Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday; 9 AM to 7 PM on Thursday; and 11 AM to 5 PM on Sunday.

Sepulveda West is located right near Marina Del Ray, on the ocean! Loyola Marymount University is right down the street and the LA College – Aircraft School is right next door. With so much going on in the neighborhood, who would want to leave? But, if you have to, Interstate 405 is next door. Kohl’s, Starbucks, CVS, and Paco’s Tacos are a few of the nearby conveniences for Sepulveda West tenants. There are only a few complaints of a parking issue from past tenants. Many reviews were quite pleased with their stay, and would recommend Sepulveda West to a friend.
