Arroyo Casa Apartments are near the Costa Mesa Freeway and Garden Grove Freeway. HealthBridge Children's Hospital is also close by. Several blocks away lies S Tunstin St, which has two bus stops for easy transportation. Many past tenants have written reviews reporting no problems. Some of the few complaints are due to lack of parental supervision when it comes to neighbors' children; however, management did take care of the problem for those tenants. Another problem is something that would be difficult for the staff to take care of, and that is the irritation of asthma and emphysema due to the dry riverbed located near the complex.
