Courtyard Apartments is just over 2 miles from downtown Orange County. Caffeine lovers can get their fix from a Starbucks minutes from the complex. Numerous shops are steps away from the building. Tulsa Rib Company, Los Cabos Mexican, and Poul's Bakery are just a few places to eat at in the area. The complex is just west of the Costa Mesa Freeway and are within walking distance of small mom-and-pop restaurants like Old Towne and Tacos Jalisco. Although past tenants have complimented the nice layout, parking garage, and affordable rent, there have been a few complaints regarding the managing staff.
