In just over a half a mile, tenants can visit The Capitol Park Trout Pond and all that surrounds it, including the International World Peace Rose Garden and the California Firefighters Memorial. In just over a mile, Crocker Art Museum allows residents to view various forms of artwork. The location affords tenants the option of walking to and from work downtown, saving both time and money. While the apartment units of City Park Apartments are large and spacious, they are reported in reviews to be in need of updates, and the maintenance of the building can be slow to respond to tenants’ needs. Some nearby eateries include Thir13en, Grange Restaurant & Bar, and Ella Dining Room and Bar.
