Located directly on El Camino Avenue, El Camino Patio offers tenants affordable housing in the middle of various schools. In just under a mile and a half tenants have their choice of Howe, Del Paso Manor and Cottage Elementary Schools with El Camino Fundamental High School right down the road. Resident reviews have spoken unfavorably about the noise of cars going by, but said that it is the price you have to pay with such an accessible location. Renters will be able to get out often and shop at the local Walmart, 2 blocks away, and go bowling with friends or family in the adjacent plaza. Fulton Oaks Apartments I & II are situated in a northeast corner of the city of Sacramento, just around the corner from Del Paso Country Club.
