Some residents have said that they have had some issues with maintenance and management in the past, but that usually the problems have been eventually worked out. Casa Cosumnes Apartments can be found just twelve miles south of downtown Sacramento. Commuters working in the city need only hop on the nearby CA-99 on-ramp, and they will be downtown in a flash. Some local grocery stores include Foods Co., Costco, and WinCo Foods, all within a mile and a half of the premises. Walmart is merely five miles away. Right across the street from Barbara Comstock Morse Elementary School, tenants will have access to the chain of schools their child will be attending, from elementary school to college. Residents can walk a little over a mile and be at Cosumnes River College School Park for a number of outdoor activities. To the south, occupants have UA Laguna Village 12 theaters at their disposal, as well as a 24 Hour fitness and My Gym Children’s Fitness Center of Elk Grove, so that you and your child can get a workout at the same time.
