Located right near California State University Sacramento, Fairlake’s is at a great location for college students and many chose Fairlake’s as their place of residency. The location also provides great convenience for others, as it is located right near the California Expo. Many residents seem to enjoy the landscaping and the atmosphere of the property. However, there are have been some complaints about the security and costs of utilities. Some residents feel that the security is not as attentive as they should be, and that the system of being billed for utilities is different than what they felt they were informed when they signed the lease. Some also feel that it is a little noisy, but those who like that lifestyle manage to have a great time, while others are still able to enjoy their apartments. Located close to great schools, restaurants, and shopping, Park Terrace has made many of their residents happy with their location. Many residents said that they really like their location because they’re able to be near everything they need. Park Terrace also offers a lot for your money, with great amenities included and spacious apartments available. There have been minor complaints about the age of some of the buildings and how the property has been kept, but many residents don’t seem to care as much because they are happy with the apartments themselves, as well as the friendly staff. Location seems to be key at Willow Grove. Many residents love how close it is to everything they need including great shopping, dining, and entertainment. As well as the easy access to California State University of Sacramento, and many great highways and freeways. Willow Grove offers as many as eleven different floor plans and many great amenities to prospective residents. Rent ranges anywhere from $700-$885. Some residents have found an issue with maintenance and parking in the past, but have really enjoyed the convenience of the location more. Emerald Place can be found in a residential neighborhood on the northeast side of Sacramento; it is a mere six miles from the epicenter of the city, making it a great place to live for downtown workers. A variety of local eateries are within the vicinity of the building, including Famous Kabob, Pita Kitchen Plus, and Bowl and Ramen. The YMCA is less than three miles from Emerald Place, and a pool is located on Emerald Place’s grounds, providing the tenant with plenty of recreational opportunities.
