Greenhaven Oaks Apartments is situated across the street from Rite Aid and Big 5 Sporting Goods, with the acclaimed Nugget Market grocery only minutes from the complex. Access to I-5 is around the corner with Bing Maloney Golf Course an easy 2 miles from the apartments. Parking for the building is variable depending on the unit. A tenant's tip: the units in the back have the best access to parking. The quality of management and maintenance also varies. A handful of residents have found the living situation to be tolerable, while others reported difficulties communicating with the staff. Windbridge Village can be found in the southwestern neighborhood of Sacramento known as “the Pocket,” just a few miles south of the city on I-5. Renters can choose from a variety of grocery stores, including Nugget Markets, Bel Air Supermarket, and Greenhaven Market, all conveniently located in the Pocket neighborhood. A seemingly endless amount of restaurants can be found in the vicinity of Windbridge Village; Panda garden, Ravenous Café, L&L Hawaiian Barbeque and Jimboy’s Tacos are all within a half mile of the building.
