The floor plans come very spacious and each unit features washer and dryer connections in the unit, as well as many other great amenities. Many residents are happy with the low prices that are offered for different floor plans. Rent varies around $771-$1350 for a two, three, or four bedroom apartment. However, some residents feel that the management and the property are not what they should be. There have been some crimes in the past that have left some residents feeling a little on edge. As well as the management not being as attentive as they should be. However, there are many families who still live here with their children who seem to feel differently. Miramonte & Trovas can be found in a neighborhood north of downtown Sacramento. The building is right across the street from North Natomas Regional Park, providing families with a great recreational destination. Regal Cinema is right around the corner, as well as several different eateries, including El Burrito Taqueria, Curry Corner, and Jack’s Urban Eats. Reviews report that the apartment units are quite spacious. However, security issues concern tenants, and some tenants find the apartments to be in need of a cleaning upon moving in.
