Oak Ridge is located to many shopping areas with easy freeway access. Rent ranges from $750-$1023. Although, some residents have also mentioned that while the apartments come with many amenities, some of them are not in the best condition possible; and that it seems that age has gotten the best of some of the appliances in the apartments. Many residents however, love the property itself and say that it is nicely kept nicely. Several residents also said that they feel their staff is very friendly, and does a very good job of listening to their residents. Reviewers agree that they feel safe in the gated community of Magnolia Court Apartments. Management is reported to respond quickly and effectively to security issues. The complex is right across the street from American River College, and students love the convenient location that allows them to walk to classes and avoid paying for parking and bus fares. Health care workers will appreciate the location of the complex also; the commutes to Behavioral Health Hospital and Heritage Convalescent Hospital are under a mile. Located in a northeast neighborhood of Sacramento, Date Tree Apartments affords renters a residential atmosphere, merely ten miles outside of the city’s epicenter. Good Neighbor European Deli and Smart and Final are place less than a mile away from the property. Some local eateries include Noble Vegetarian, Strings Italian Café, and the Oak Café. Reviewers enjoy the pool of Date Tree, and appreciate that WiFi is available to use at the poolside. Nestled against the Lincoln Highway, American River Gardens offers tenants suburban living with access to the city via public transportation. These apartments have three bus stops within walking distance of the property. In just under 3 miles, residents can head off to different places through the use of McClellan Jet Services. American River Gardens are blocks away from American River College main campus, so if you’re looking to commute this is perfect, because on sunny days tenants can even walk to campus if they’d like.
