Ashton is nestled along the coast of the San Francisco Bay, near the Candlestick Park Stadium. The apartment complex is surrounded by parks, the biggest of which is the Point State Recreation Area, which includes bike trails and a campground. Residents can go to the nearby G & K Groceries, La Loma Produce, or Asia Five Mile Market for convenient grocery shopping. Although reviewers felt the location was a bit inconvenient and street parking was hard to find, they approved of the quality of the units and upkeep of the building.
