The apartments have been recently renovated to include kitchens with modern appliances, new carpeting throughout, blinds, ceiling fans and restyled baths. Outside you have your very own covered parking and easy access to laundry services and a great pool.

West Park Apartments are older construction but really well maintained. The apartments are spacious, especially with the reasonable rent. These apartments are about halfway between the San Tomas Expressway and Route 17, close to grocery shopping and pharmacy and not too far from upscale shopping in Santana Row. The schools in the neighborhood are rated well. At West Park Apartments the grounds matter...this is a garden apartment style set up. Some reviewers noted refurbishing activities as a con, but I would rather have them keep updating than let things go.
