Residents should have no trouble getting around town with multiple bus stops and I-25 so close. Reviewers are divided when it comes to Arbor Pointe. Outdoorsy renters will love The Conifers at Spring Creek which are within minutes of Memorial Park, Prospect Lake, Leon Young Sports Complex, and several area parks. Golfers can take advantage of Valley Hi Golf Course located just across Route 24. Tenants with school-age children will appreciate the close proximity to multiple schools, the closest being Mountain Vista Community School and Pikes Peak Elementary. Shopping is hassle-free with Arrowhead Square Shopping Center across the street. Resident reviews on Western Terrace Apartments are mixed. In July 2012, one reviewer enjoyed the office staff, great maintenance, and more updated units, but mentioned that parking can be tough at times and air conditioning and in-unit washer and dryers will be installed for an extra fee. A reviewer from 2011 was displeased with the security gate and blames the area for any troubles in the complex. It should be noted that reviews are a bit older and things may have been more recently updated. The area is convenient to Valley Hi Golf Course and Memorial Park, so spending time in the outdoors is no trouble. Haven Apartments are ideal for students of Nazarene Bible College, as campus is just across the street. Everest College-Colorado Springs is also in the area. Students and caffeine lovers alike will appreciate the Starbucks street away from the premises. Fitness junkies can work out at the nearby Bally Total Fitness or head to one of the many parks. Traversing the city is easy with the many bus stops within walking distance and the close proximity to Route 24. As of April 2013, no renter reviews have been posted on Haven Apartments.
