The community offers a complimentary shuttle service, which can help residents in reaching appointments, running errands, or attending off-site activities. While no tenants have reviewed the complex as of April 2013, residents are sure to love the pet-friendly atmosphere, units with multiple floor plans, and delicious meals prepared by the in-house chef. Shopping is no problem with Woodmen Valley Shopping Center, King Soopers, and Sam's Club a little over 4 miles away. Resident experiences vary according to some reviews. One renter disliked the management and believed the amenities were not worth the cost of rent. Cottonwood Terrace Apartments are right off Dublin Boulevard, just minutes from I-25 and Dublin Park.
