Crestone Apartments is ten minutes from the Denver Tech Center and located in the well-rated Cherry Creek school district. The property is also next to a wide variety of retail shopping and eateries. Overall, residents like the staff and the maintenance, as well as their apartments because many renew for multiple years. One family had difficulty with a neighbor who eventually moved, which improved their experience immensely. Reviewers also mention the rent as a bit high, but considering the square footage compared to the rate, some feel the price is fair. Tenants at the Meridian Garden Apartments are less than 10 miles from downtown by car, and can easily catch a bus from their location in Southeast Denver. Running errands is a cinch, whether you need groceries from King Soopers, a haircut at Fantastic Sam’s, or want to grab a quick bite from Chick-fil-A, Jimmy John’s, or Red Robin, all within walking distance at the conveniently located Market Square Shopping Center. As of early 2013, there are no tenant reviews but the apartments boast amenities such as 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-site laundry facilities.
