Block 32 at Rino offers the best in city living in the River North Neighborhood, just a few blocks from the heart of Denver off of Broadway Street and East Brighton Boulevard. Easy access to the light rail makes for a quick commute, although residents will find there is plenty to keep them busy within walking distance. Go for a drink at Tracks Nightclub or a bite to eat at The Walnut Room or Larimer Lounge. Residents who enjoy cooking will find a variety of specialty grocers in the area in addition to nearby Downing Supermarket. Despite a lack of reviews in early 2013, the website lists such amenities as extra studio space for artists, an outdoor pool bar, and even a “crash pad” to rent when friends or family come to visit. In north Denver, The Yards at Denargo Market are located right off East Brighton Boulevard, which turns into Broadway and leads directly into the center of Denver. In a little over 2 miles residents will find themselves at City of Cuemavaca Park. This area is great for pick-up games of all types due to its flat expanse. The city of Denver is currently constructing Denver Union Station that brings together many different transportation modes.
