The Colonnades Residences is situated just outside of the Everglades Wildlife Management Area and is nestled in a tranquil neighborhood 20 minutes from Downtown. The many conveniences of the area include an abundance of restaurants like Grand Lux Cafe, Sushi Inn, Rosari's Italian Restaurant all moments away from the complex. Sawgrass Mills is down the street and houses stores like Target and Saks Fifth Avenue; other surrounding stores include Walmart and The Home Depot. Tenants have had mixed experiences at The Colonnades Residences: one review raved about the accessible location, well-kept facilities, and responsive staffs, while another tenant found that the management was constantly changing, which made living conditions inconsistent.
